Sync with Health Connect (optional): the app saves the water, caffeine, sugar and weight you log, and reads water and weight added in other apps — including in the background — so your daily progress, widgets, Wear OS watch and reminders stay up to date even when you log drinks elsewhere. Only the data types you allow are used, and you can revoke access at any time in Health Connect settings.
You may need to modify your total fluid intake depending on how active you are, the climate you live in, your health status, etc., the calculation is only recommendation.

I'm really disappointed. I paid for the full version only to find that nearly everything I try to do, the app crashes. I can look at achievements, but try to tap one, crash. tracking? crash. add water? eh, 50/50 it crashes. I've had it for less than a day and I'm really disinclined to keep it, but hey, they've got my money now so my loss, right? EDIT: I sent an email about the crashing issue and never received a reply. pretty disappointed in the complete lack of acknowledgement.

requires an email and login info. forces a system of calculation utilizing TDEE and BMR and the app does NOT let you change what it thinks you'll be drinking a day. I just want an app that lets me set my fluid intake goal with the option to log my input and add up to that goal, no superfluous bells and whistles. developers are severely out of touch. stubbing your pinky toe is better than wading through this cesspool of an app.

Hi! You can use our app without registration. Just tap "Skip registration" to continue without an account or email. You can also edit your Daily goal on onboarding, after the app calculates it for you using the "Edit" button, or anytime in Settings under "Daily goal."

at best this is mediocre. you can't go back and edit the day before and there are ads every 2 seconds. ads I can be ok with because it's free, but not being able to edit!?!? ridiculous

Hello! In the free version of the app you can add a drink for the current time. And you can add drinks for past times and days with My Water Premium. But if you want to delete the wrong added drink, it's also free. Our app should show an interstitial ad every 5-7 added drinks, so it should happen once per day.

Do you add drinking water with our application constantly or just starting? Stability and usability of the application are important to you. We improved the reliability and did the interface more convenient in this update.
